Layout and details
Behind the frontcabin on starboard the galley, on and port side a large wet cell with shower and electric toilet, which discharges into a waste water tank. Headroom 1.90m.
The salon has to starboard an efficient compressor refrigerator of 110 liters with a freezer compartment – headroom 1.90m.
In the rear cabin is a 2 bed of 1,40 x 1,90 of which the length can be optionally increased.
At the foot a LED TV – mounted on a swinging panel.
On starboard 2 comfortable seats with a table, which can be optionally converted into a 1 pers. bed (some work first).
Also in the back a 2nd toilet, where possibly a washing machine can be placed. Connections present. Opposite this toilet a spacious wardrobe. Headroom 1.70m.
The Njord is provided with two new engines in 1999, 2 x Nanni (Kubota), 5 cylinders – 62 HP each. This practical new engines have made several long trips and are now at 3100 running hours and do their job very quiet and economical.
In 1992 the ship is blasted and features a modern 2 comp. paint system.
In 2016, there is a bow thruster Vetus 80 kgf placed, 4 new battery, s of 230Ah, new and extended skin fittings, lacquer and paint – allowing the maintenance of the first few years only to be one layer of lacquer per year.
The Njord, by his good paintwork can easily stay the summer outside, but in winter she should be covered.
There are a water heater for kitchen and shower use and a hot air heater for interior-heating, this heater (4kW diesel) is new installed in 2017.
Also present i.a. .: solar panel 200Wp, VHF radio, original hand windlass with anchor clip, Victron sine wave inverter 350 W, water pressure, and searchlight.
The yacht is located at the mooring of the owner in Lemmer.
